This website does not collect personal data. It has no contact form, no user accounts, no analytics, and sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary to deliver the pages you request. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party scripts.

The only way to send us information through this site is by emailing hello@charismaunion.com. When you do, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and, if the conversation leads to an engagement, to carry out that engagement. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not add you to any mailing list. You may ask us at any time to delete correspondence you have sent us, and we will do so unless we are required by law or by an existing agreement to keep it.

The content of this site is provided for general information about the company and its services. It is not an offer, and no contract is formed by reading it or by emailing us. Engagements are contracted only under a written services agreement signed by both parties.

All text, graphics, and design on this site belong to Charisma Union LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Software delivered to clients under a services agreement is owned by the client under the terms of that agreement, not by these website terms.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Charisma Union LLC provides software development services. We do not sell goods through this website, and no payment can be made on it.

Services are contracted under a written services agreement that states the scope, the fee, the payment schedule, and the acceptance criteria for each stage of work. Invoices are issued in accordance with that agreement and may be paid by bank transfer or, where offered, by card through a licensed payment service provider.

Cancellation: either party may end an engagement on the notice terms stated in the services agreement. Work completed and accepted up to the date of cancellation is payable in full.

Refunds: fees paid for a stage of work that has not yet started are refunded in full on cancellation. Fees for work that has started are refunded pro rata for the portion not delivered, unless the services agreement provides otherwise. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days of the cancellation being agreed in writing.
